Charlie my doggie son favorite store. Sister Bette loves their treats, doggie cookies, yummy. Thanks for always looking out for us. Oh yea, all my turtles sons appericate their knowledge and willingness to help on turtle stuff. Here are most of us on camera.

They are the closest pet store, and we find everything that Sylvester needs, from food, toys, and litter. I know other stores might have everything, but they don't carry his wet food variety. He loves his Kong Llama. My husband went there first to buy Blue Buffalo kitten food since we heard how good it is. Don't know his name, but the male employee steered him away from the Blue and recommended a different kitten food. Have to say we now only buy new recommended food. All the kittens loved it, and so did their mother. She finally started putting on weight since she was a stray and pregnant at that. We gave away 2 of the kittens, and the new "parents" are keeping them on the same food. We kept one of the kittens!!!

I went there because of the fishes staff was very helpful and answered all the questions we had . Store was fully stocked and very clean . They had a variety of reptiles and fishes , rabbits, ferrets. If you are looking for your next pet or need food for your pet this is the place to visit.

I am simply enjoy the customer service.. I get all the help I need . I always have questions beyond questions... They don't turn away or pass me to someone else . I mean they will answer and help you. Where I don't normally expect any employees, anymore these to do what these guys do. So they have a repeat customer. Oddly enough my elder puppy (dog) passed. They helped a lot with questions of special food and meds ect. I still shop there for my kids pets .. plus I get to see the other shoppers dogs come in... That store in full of friendly fur customers and their owners.. that telling you something.. Ty helped me last . He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He even encouraged me to call my vet... Even throw he knew what he was talking about .. he said was he job ... He did know... Vet advice did match what he already, picked from what I said .. I asked him questions but before he offered a dog food choose, he asked me questions also- the food was a great choose for Ralphy.. I was happy because the cost went from 69- a bag for 6 lbs to 14,99 for 14 lbs around about ... Even should me can of pumpkin to help switch him over .. thank you TY... Thank you PetSmart for keeping prices down ....

Really great service and knowledge of fish and fish keeping. I go there for their fish, and they have really improved and gotten the right people in there who understand what new fish keepers need and what seasoned fish keepers are looking for. Very well balanced.

They have the most special dog food choices of most of the local pet stores that don't have chicken or turkey in them. I like the way it's mapped out inside. Easy to find things and big dog selection on treats.
